  I hate it when they use the phrases "could be", "may be", or "the idea is"... this sounds too indefinite to be publishing as a "valuable piece of the puzzle."

  Ditto --- I agree.  I am tired of news articles with these phrases.  It seems like someone is trying to get some publicity.
