Pain a few years out

I have yet another question.  I have been having some serious back pain and pain just to the side of my left hip.  I had DCIS stage 0.  My oncologist ordered spine, hip, and pelvic x rays as well as an abdominal untrasoung.  Nothing came back on the x rays and the abdominal unltrasound was ok.  I did point out to the ultrasound tech that my pain was not in my abdomen but in the pelvic area.  she said she could not check that area since the doctor did not order this test.  My question is, can an x ray show soft tissue problems?  I was told that they really could not. Oy.

    I don't know if an x-ray can show any soft tissue problems or not. I'm thinking maybe a cat scan or mri would be better though. Anyway, you must have been a Stage 1 or Stage 2 invasive cancer if you have 2 out of 6 lymph nodes removed.  Is that all correct??  I hope you get to the bottom of the issue.
