My first response is "Wow cool".  thanks for sharing.  I went through the abstract here:

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23406736

A lot of questions, why TN patients gets copper depletion more than luminal patients?   How many metastatic TN are there total?  Sounds like total metastatic patients are only 12, but 11 of these are TN.  And what are their response?   appears only 2/11 relapsed within 10 months and 4/11 attained long term NED >3 years.   These is very promising result if the paper verifies this.  How many stage II or III TN patients are there in the 40 patient cohort?

Historically TM tried in other cancers perform poorly.   Any idea why it will be different for breast cancer or TNBC?

I'm hoping to get a copy of the new paper.      The same author also has another paper of the use of HPC and EPCs as tracker for metastatic disease.
