-
Count me in!!!!
I will bring the beer pong!!! -
I'm here, too. Hey, I'm from Wisconsin, I can bring the beer for that pong VR.
The fire has spread, my boss's whole head is aflame now, not just his hair. Jerk.
-
Threw my back out last week at the supermarket...like my shoulders weren't in enough pain after Sandy! The fire is starting to warm my back and The Goddesses warm my heart...So please keep throwing stuff on the fire! I need all the warmth I can get! I have to admit, though, and don't tell my Canadian family....Milwaukee beer is A.O.K! I have the beer pong board. Anyone want to give me a hand? And who's bringing the cups?????
-
ah yes, beer and dark chocolate. I just need to sit by the fire.
Granny, i take it you stuck yourself right here by the fire and that is where you stayed? In the brightness and warmth. You are missed everywhere you know.
-
Im here!!!!!!!really i am....and you are right....i just stuck myself by the fire and im meditating, prayin and tryin to forgive the people who have not stuck by me throu all this.....family and friends alike.
Not you sistas tho...always here to pick me up.Thank you.
Oh i will have some dark chocolate tho.
That heals everything.
-
YEAH! glad you found your way back! Let's have a chocolate orgy, with appropriate liquid refreshments to compliment the dark, rich, and very expensive chocolate! I'll have a Campari!
-

-
I would love a nice big hunk o' dark chocolate cake, it might help offset my day.
Will wash it down with some Fat Squirrel Nut Brown Ale from New Glarus WI.
There's sparkling apple cider for those who don't drink alcohol. Cheers!
RE: my lying sack of sh*t boss, I tell ya, if his pants aren't on fire they should be. He's so full of crap the fire will burn a long time.
-
Badger---there is a huge piece of cake right by the fire with your name on it....you can wash it down with anything your lill heart desires.
I have a lying sack of shit DIL.I call her the wicked step mother. If her pants are not on fire the should be too....She can keep your boss company while they both burn for a very long time....See ya!!!!!
-
sounds good, grannyD, the cake and the sizzling shitheads we threw into the flames.
-
I just remembered the Dr.who operated on my son.DR God.never failed in a surgery...
Well you failed. You and the red carpet that you flew in from the Netherlands can burn too.
Bet youll never forget this surgery....If you live throu this blaze.
Sit next to my DIL so you both can burn together.
Ahhhhh that felt good.

awwww thanks Linda! I♥U too. I♥U all!
Tonight I'm throwing in my boss's boss. Our office is being disbanded and employees transferred to other locations. Good news is I still have a job but bad news is my new location won't work with my carpool so my commuting cost just doubled, which amounts to a pay cut.
Tomorrow I may throw in my boss's boss's boss. He's a real slimball but he'd burn real hot.
-
Thank you Linda. There goes the blood sugar but well worth it!
-
Hi, nice to see the goddesses checking in here...hope everyone feels loved!
Granny, sounds like you are in a funk....here's hoping today was a better day.
Badger, sorry to hear of the upheaval and evil boss at work. Every job has its issues...some people just suk. -
Just checking in briefly. I won't be by the fire this weekend - I am joining my sisters for a "sisters' weekend", which we have been doing yearly for the past few years. As children, we fought, as adults, we laugh and enjoy each others' company. So wishing all my BC sistas a good weekend, will tag up with you in few days.
-
Linda have a great weekend :-)
-
Linda, have a great sisters weekend! We will keep the homefires burning.
Joan, thanks for the (liar liar) pants on fire - perfect!
((GrannyD)) thinking of you. L&H&P's to all
-
Snowing here...came to get warm! (Hi Jo, we're keeping it going)
Have a good week end... -
My dear sweet let people we don't like "burn in hell"...,,,,missed you all....I see some on other threads, but many I have not seen for a while,,,,,,.,although I do see you a granny you Scallywag you.......so much to catch up on, but I hate typing on this IPad. Great for everything else....love it, but not for typing.......still have the computer, but too lazy to get my sorry ass out of the recliner, walk a across the room to the computer, and type like a normal person....hunt and peck sucks. For someone who can find the keys blindfolded, I can't hunt and peck for shit looking at them......ok, I'm back, my adorable sweet ladylike self. I had to read all the way back to Sept. WTF.
Yea, there were sharks in the street. .....my neighbors at the shore house told me, the house from what I heard did well, and if it didn't there was not a damn thing I could a 100 miles away..guess i'll know better next time someone goes down. Granddaughter went down since Sandy. Drove past...did not go inside, just checked outside. Oh we'll....shit happens. Hugs -
Joan - Just love the smileys sitting around the fire. Great job.
I haven't thrown anything into the fire in quite some time. I really want to throw in my boss. He is making some really stupid decisions and doesn't want to listen to input from the people that are running his park - he is in Minnesota and we are in TX. I shouldn't stress too much about it - DH and I are retiring effective Aug 1st. After almost 14 years, it is time to give it up.
-
Hey Ducky----just wanted to say I HEAR YA...missed ya a lot.....glad you are back.....now dont leave...please.
JOJO----you make me smile when you say the word retire...yay.yay.yay!!!!!
Hope that fire is still burning cause i still want my DIL to burn in hell!!!! this keeps my fire burning.....just knowing that she has a special spot with her name on it changes my mood....from sad to excited.....
Do ya think im gonna go to hell for sayin this??????
-
Granny, Not going to hell unless you push her. Or make her a salt sandwich.
-
Jo, I do not like when people micro-manage things that are already delegated...my new assistant boss took over all my responsibilities and messed them up...but now I just relax about it and let him do all the work. I hope you can hang in there for the next six months...but meanwhile, toss him in...you'll feel better. WOW am I jealous? You are planning retirement...no retirement on my horizon. I like my job but BC meds wipe me out and make me tired. Plus getting older....
SO glad to have tomorrow off....
nite all... -
Wren-----lol.1- i would make her a draino sandwich if i had the opportunity and 2----pushing her would never be a problem...right back to her country...
so i guess im gonna go to hell!!!!
-
Joan - I will most likely find a part time job. Something not too hard. One that I can go do my job and go home. Nothing to do with management. We still have a credit card to get paid off then financially we will be in a better place. DH and I both get military retirement checks and they aren't all that much plus DH can start collecting Social Security in July. Bottom line is I will have a lot more time to do fun things.
-
Jo, that's a great plan for you. Do you plan to stay where you are at, or have you looked into moving? You are so right - managing anything is a 24/7 job. Nice to leave the job when you go home...I just started my full time career in 2004 and so NOW I start planning my retirement ....and grateful for good health.
