Stage IV Mom now with mets to kidneys & pancreas

She doesn't know that I know.... and we are all getting together this weekend.  I think she plans to tell us all at once.  My question is to those of you who have experienced this before.... now what?  She is all done with treatment, there is nothing left for them to do.  She is still at home, weighs about 100 lbs, isn't eating or drinking much, sleeps almost all the time.  What do I do?  How much time is left?  When do I take her to the hospital?  What signs do I watch for now?  I just feel so helpless.  I'm 4 hours away, my dad does what he can, but he's not much help really.  My aunt helps (she's a Godsend) but doesn't live with her.  I don't think she is well enough to be at home, but she won't go, I know until the end.  I'm scared, and sad, and confused.  Any advice you could give is appreciated.
