Im back, ready for rads.

Options

If somebody remembers me from last year, i was canceling few surgeries and i didnt wanted any chemo or rads.

I tried so many natural ways how to shrink the lump.

For one year it grow big  7cm and started to pain, so i decided--well i need to cut it out.

So i lost my breat and lymphnodes, 2 of them were  bad.

Now im ready  for radiation, they will do 3 weeks for me.

If you have something to tell me, im gratefull for that.

I remember that i left forum long time ago because i was asking to many questions and that was suspicious for many of you...im sorry about that but i realy wanted to know  so many things, surgey was scary for me and i hope you forgive me that.

If i will will feel that you reject me again, i will will leave the forum forever and never  talk to anymore.

So, if you wanna share friendly, you are welcome!

Thanks!

Himalaya sorry to hear that the other methods did not work out for you. The important thing to start with is to start applying cream to your breast right away. There are many creams out there and the rad onc. will suggest some for you to try. I used glaxol base myself and applied it generously to my breast befor I started the rads and during the rads. Again the techs will tell you when to apply it. I,m sure other ladies will jump in and tell you what they used. Also when doing rads is be kind to yourself and rest when you can because it can be tiring. I would also wear loose tops and avoid anything tight like a bra which will help some with any skin issues that might arrise. Hope this information helped some. So please take care and I hope everything goes well.

    Himalaya,

I am starting radiation next week and my doctor said to use aquaphor or aloe vera gel. I have read some other posts where other creams are suggested. Some people did not like aquaphor. I don't know, I have not bought it yet. I am scared too, but I guess we have no choice. If other sisters join in and give more suggestions as far as creams, it would be great help. I wish you the best of luck. Do you need to do chemo?

Himalaya, I'm so glad you're getting treatment! (((HUGS))) I had rads last year and it was really no biggie. Best wishes!
