Sore under nose

Does anyone else have sore or cut under nose caused by drip? How do u treat this? Thx. Barb

    I would use an antibiotic ointment, like Neosporin or A&D (diaper rash ointment) initially. They are emollient and have medication. I also used a lot of Aquaphor throughout chemo/Herceptin - I put it up my nose with a q-tip and kind of mushed it around because I got a lot of cracks inside, but I put it around the corners and underside of my nose, under my eyes for the Taxotears for cracks, and on my hands and feet with gloves and socks (yes, I looked like a goof) at night.  Good luck!

    SpecialK has good tips. I always use a tissue with lotion in it, too. That helps a lot for me.
