OK, I have been avoiding dealing with this because I just can't cope with 3 areas of LE.

I saw Mary last week and it didn't look bad, but I went out exercising in the Belisse today and what do you know, a bubble of damn fluid popped up right over my armpit.

At this point I am going to be afraid to exercise.

I wonder if I am just better in the regular bra?

Should I just order the swell spot online?

I am going to be working out of town for about a week. Do you think Falk would have one in stock I could just go and buy tomorrow?

OK Binney are the chocolate bar and spaghetti foam actually sold under those names.

Should I just Kineseo tape it?

    I should add, I actually had a strip of channel foam in the armpit of my belise when I was exercising....but nothing really goes that high....so maybe it made it worse.

    And I lost 2.5 pounds last week and exercised 4 times so it sucks that this is back again..and most of my arm measuments were down.....Yell

    OK so you know what kind of sort of almost works...the silverwave bilat backwards with the strap across the chest...if the ripples were just a little higher, but at least there is someplace to stick the pad now. And I was on the way to a party...now it is my pity party.

    going to hold off on kineseo tape for now, try to see LE tomorrow before I leave town, if not I might try it. The ridiculous backward silverwave with hand size foam pad seems to have helped a little.
