Experiment with Cannabis.....

I am interested in cookies. Did you eat the whole thing or just take a few bites?
-
I ate the whole thing! And then I ate 2 more! I do wonder how much was in them, I am sure you could make them stronger or weaker, depending on how many you want to eat. They were on the smaller side.
So, my doc is sending a "prescription". I think that means I can grow it, which I love plants and always wanted to grow one just to see if I could. Has anybody here grown one? Is it hard?
-
I've been growing for a few years now. It's very easy and fun. Get yourself a good grow book because you will run into some problems sooner or later. Mites, fungus, mold.... just to name a few. Our favorite grow book is "The Cannabis Grow Bible". Happy growing!!

I'm from WA and it just recently became legal here but I got a script for it a couple months before that due to so many Se's from AI's. Since then, I've been researching and learning SO much more about the benefits that CBD's and THC, etc. have to offer us all and am now feeling even more blessed that I can use it legally here and I do truly believe that it can cure (yes, cure) some of us and alleviate many side effects for A LOT of us. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have let the law deter me from trying it.
Just sayin....

I have a friend who grows her own and is thinking about growing mushrooms too, they too have medicinal qualities. She said at Johns Hopkins there is research going on. She has made cannabis butter and puts leaves in her tea. I take the leaves and juice them and put in a salad. The government is too money hungry to realize the lives this plant can save. I say screw the laws too!!
-
I am in Wa state also, but still got my script just last week. I do not like to smoke at all so I am very excited to make tea and such. Sounds complicated to grow, but I will try. Then there is the issue of where to grow so neighbors and nieces and nephews don't see it when they come over. I need a new shed or greenhouse:) to grow "tomatoes"! House is too small. Oh, and where to get seeds? Or better yet, little seedlings or starters?
-
My friend bought seeds online. With a greenhouse I think u will need to keep it warm during winter months. She created a "bloom room" in her basement by putting up temp walls and being able to control light exposure. She splits them and has little shoots all over. Ha. She had to buy a filter for the smell.
-
If you don't want to smoke it or eat it, you can use a vaporizer. I tried it - didn't like the taste. I did it 3 times a day for a couple of weeks and I never once got the slightest buzz. No fun at all!
-
Which juicer do you use please (for vegetables)?
-
I am in Pennsylvania....illegal here...where can I find someone who grows legally?
-
Hello again ladies,
I just got back from the Americans for Safe Access national medical marijuana conference in Washington DC and it was amazing! I learned so much.
Joellelee, if you are concerned about the legality, you're out of luck for now in PA. If you are anywhere near Philly, you may want to come to the NORML regional convention on March 16. There will be a panel discussion on medical marijuana, and the keynote speaker is Senator Daylin Leach, who recently sponsored a bill for legalisation in PA and is a big supporter of medical marijuana. Please message me if you would like more info.
Having to break the law to get effective natural medicine is so frustrating, but no regrets here. It works.
-
I also wanted to share this link about free high CBD clones in Colorado. Not sure how it works, if you have to have a CO medical card or what, and transporting over state lines is obviously illegal...But a risk I'd be willing to take if I could get my hands on some! Growing with clones is much easier than starting with seeds. CO Free Clones

It is legal here in Michigan but they shut down all the shops here. Really stupid. So I can grow my own legally but am too disabled to do so.
Also I applied for my licence in Nov 2011 and they finally sent my card in April 2012. I just looked at it and the expire date says Dec 2012. Huh? I thought it was for a year so now I have to go apply again.

Hi! Anybody knows about using hemp oil with chemo NAVELBINE? It works together? What about any interaction or side effects?
-
make sugar cookies with "green butter". I'd hesitate to use it even topically because it does away with dreams. my dreaming has been lucid 10 years after stopping the recreational use (20 years of that). but I'd really like to hear of anyone using the oil topically
-
I have just recently started experimenting with infusing oil from trim. I put coconut oil in a small crockpot on low heat with a cup of trim in cheese cloth. I cooked it for 24 hours. Once cooked I squeezed out any remaining oil out of the cheesecloth bag. I then put the oil in a pot on low heat and add beeswax, vitamin E and essential oils once the beeswax melts. Then poor into containers. (The beeswax made it a little harder then I would like)
The mix is a cure all to my back pain and I'm not kidding. I have had a lat flap and multiple other surgeries with chronic pain. I have been having chronic pain for over a year and started this once a night for nine nights now and it has helped remarkable! The first night I used it I had immediate relief and I had been trying pain meds and muscle relaxers all day. Since starting I have not taking any meds. I have one felt "high" and have had NO se's.
