ILC ,ER+ PR- HER-2-(TAC CHEMO) pls need help

My mother diagonasis with breast cancer (ILC). Oncologist recommand for TAC then surgery.

I read if PR- Taxotere dont work .. I really need you advice.

    Zohra, I had AC + T in 2006 with Stage III -- and I'm still here. Check back with the oncologist -- or get a second opinion from another oncologist in a different practice.  (Both opinions said AC + T, so I felt safe taking their advice.)

    Thanks Lauri for reply. Do you mean AC then T ? The oncologist found shadow in her lungs . She is not sure its cancer or not... So may be because of that she recommend for TAC.I am not sure .

    Zohra, if need be get a second opinion, but these things are quite standardized and I think you should be able to trust that the onc knows what he is doing with the chemo. There are other aspects of treatment where there can be legitimate back and forth about the best approach, but with the chemo it is fairly set.

    I was er+, PR - and HER 2 -, and I also had TAC chemo, hope that helps
