I am am 12 years post bil. mx.  I have had no reconstruction and not unhappy about it.  I love going braless...but hate the "sunken" chest appearance.  I wonder if I could find a camisole type top that had front pockets to stuff... but would be loose enough to be comfortable (and not have one foob ending up under each arm as I traveled about).   I own many mx. bras with good inserts but I find they are becoming more uncomfortable to wear all the time.  Anyone ever use the "paste on" ones or have suggestions on a non bra type of garment which would give me some bumps in the front?

BTW... I chose to have my second non cancerous breast removed for my personal piece of mind... and symetry.  My surgeon VERY reluctantly did it after trying hard to talk me out of it.   Men just don't understand.

I like Still You camisoles. They are my go-to garment. So comfortable, not tight, soft fabric. Foam breast forms stay put inside them. I've talked a lot about them on this forum and on my non-profit website, BreastFree.org. They're not cheap but wear very well, so long as you dry flat (you can machine wash, though). Here's a link: http://stillyou.com/Products/tanktop.html. They call it a "Post-Surgery Top" on their website, but that means going forward after surgery--I had my bilateral mastectomy over six years ago and, as I said, still wear them. They look like classic camis. I also like Still You's "Illusions" breast forms--ultra lightweight and soft (unlike most foam forms). I've tried and like their other camis, too. They are a tiny company but make quality products.

Piamama, I also wear a Still you cami, but I bought xl, which is 2 sizes bigger...I would take a medium according to the measurements. I can't tolerate anything tight.

I also wear a TLC with foobs a bit smaller than I was before...I feel real comfortable with size 4's...and I was a 7 before the mastectomy.

All of this helps greatly with comfort.
