  Does anyone take Claritin before herceptin infusion? If not what premed do u do?

  My wife premeds the day before with Decadron and then Benadryl, Pepcid and Decadron the day of her infusion. She's has some serious infusion reactions over the years so this is not the "normal" premeds mix.
