Where is my hair?!?!
OK... last round of chemo was June 11... Hair on my head is coming around, but where the heck is the hair on my legs, armpits, <ahem> and eyelashes?!?!
It's growing, but I used to have to shave like twice a day... now it's MUCH thinner and SLOOOOW growing... a part of me thinks I should just be thankful and be done with it, but just wondering if that's *normal* and if it WILL eventually come back?!

My hair finally kicked in on my body about a year after chemo. My eyelashes are pretty much the same. Eyebrows are growing in more. Dx in feb 2011. Had chemo may 2011 through aug 11 and radiation after. It does take awhile. I was surprised how long it took for my hair to grow back.

Be happy you don't have to shave so much!!! My hair is definately thinner on my legs and probably wouldn't grow so much if I wasn't still taking Biotin. My eyelashes and eyebrows were the last to come in.
I so wish I had used false eyelashes when I was going through chemo. I never thought I would be able to apply them but with a little bit of practice I wear them for special events even though my eyelashes are as normal as can be. They just aren't as long and thick as other peoples but then again they weren't like that pre-chemo.
I thought my hair would never grow back quick enough. I finished chemo in May of 2009 - my hair is at my bra strap now. I just get baby trims about every 10 weeks as I want it down to my butt if possible.

Hair came back on my head, thick and healthy. No underarm- or leg hair to date. I'm loving it!
