What to take? advice please
I am taking
Turmeric 500 3 x a day
broccili sprouts 500 3 x a day
I also take the following but could anyone tell me how I should be taking...I am confused as heck
Vit C
Flaxseed
D3
Grapeseed
Thanks all in advance....I want to do the right thing

Flax seed is controversial for ER+ cancer. You may be better off with chia seeds. I think there is also some question about the reservatrol/grape seed, but I am not sure.
I have added a small amount of magnesium to my supplement list. I also take a low-dose aspirin 3X a week.

You could add boswellia to the turmeric as they wook together very well. Most people take it for joint pain but I am taking it to hopefully prevent brain mets. I think all of those things you are taking are good. I agree about the chia. Suppoded to be even better than flax. I use 2 tblsp in my smoothie.

Hi Ladies, also agree with the chia.....did here that you have to take turmeric with pepper
for the turmeric to be absorbed properly. I also take organic Keffir as my source of a probiotic. You can add it to cereal, soups, smoothies, just about anywhere. It tastes like yoghurt. I have added Mg to my supplement list too. -
Scotti, I use kefir too, goat kefir when I can get it. I use it for making pancakes and the like (from buckwheat flour). But I also take a probiotic pill every morning. It has so far saved me from thrush, yeast and intestinal issues through all the various "fun" treatments.

Are you asking the amount others take of the last four supplements? I take 2000 mg. of time-released Vitamin C with rosehips and 200 mg. of Grape Seed Extract.
