This became my mantra

When I was dx in 2003 with breast cancer a dear lady sent me a bible verse typed on a little blue card. I went to Kinko's and had several copies made and put them all over my house.

Probably someone has already quoted this bible verse, but it was so meaniful and helped me get through many rough days and months.

Do not be afraid, for I am with you; stop being anxious and watchful, for I am your God.  I give you strength, I bring you help, I uphold you with my victorius right hand.    Isiah 41:10

Thanks for sharing that verse, Hope.  It was one I also liked when I was going through tx.  I hope others will find comfort in it now.

Another good one is:  Jeremiah 29:11  For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
