Er Zhi Wan and Hot Flashes

Hello Ladies,

Now that I am taking Tamoxifen for the last two weeks, my Nutritionist at The Block Center has suggested taking Er Zhi Wan to combate the hot flashes.  Anyone else taking this?  When do you take it, how much, do you add anything to make it taste better?

If you don't take this but something else, I would like to hear about that as well.   Thanks.

    hey there... i was doing a google search to answer the exact same question! i, too, went to the block center for my treatment and was advised to try the er zhi wan tea... i'm only just now giving it a try, but i can't get in touch with my favorite nutritionist there (ashley)...

    it doesn't look like anyone answered your original query, but i'm hoping that time has allowed you to find your own solutions-- and that you're willing to share!
