Another great picture!  I notice the scaffolding in the background, are they restoring or just taking safety measures on the Acropolis?  This is such a sharp clear picture, I just love it.  You and Tinyfishy look like you are having a great time.

When my DH and I were alone (we thought) at the top of the Acropolis of Lindos on the island of Rhodes, we kept hearing clink, clink, clink. We got distracted by a brown cat that had followed us up and got some good kitty loving going on, but finally went to check out the sound. It was workmen, replacing small stones one at a time, for ones that had fallen. Clink, one stone, clink, there's another.....so what did you do at work today? Oh, nothing much, just helped rebuild a temple from 4 AD.....

Yes they are restoring all the ruins in Greece. Not so sure I like the idea but we were told if they didn't the earthquakes they have in the area would leave nothing to see.

Don't tell tiny fishy that I posted a photo of him.Its our secret.He loves me to show his photos but not photos of him.

Serious equipment? No kidding he always has two cameras around his neck and often I carry the third one and the extra lenses.A hobby which has become quite an obsession.

The last week at sea he started to go into bird withdrawal and I caught him feeding seagulls bananas off our stateroom balcony.Quite funny.

A flock of white pelicans was heading south and stopped by our neck of the woods for two days..
