    Hi Zohra,

I just started chemo on 12/17 (AC) and got a Neulasta shot on 12/18 to boost my white blood cell production.  My back and pelvic region began to ache a LOT today.  This is an expected side effect that some not-so-lucky folks get.  They even advised by to take Claritan, but it didn't seem to help.  Is the Nupogen a similar type of medication?  If so, sounds like your symptoms are quite normal, although unpleasant.

    Best to you!
    Dawn
