Whew!  So glad to have found this website! Hello everyone Cool  I was diagnosed in October 2012 and it's been a whirlwind of information, emotions and sensory overload.  I'm a Mother of 2 sons with an amazing husband, very blessed. I have a great support system with my boys, but lacking with the female connections. Hopefully I can find that here :)  Looking forward to meeting everyone!

    NurseLeeLee,

So sorry you have to be here but welcome.  These ladies are the best!  They have helped me get through treatments with great advice.  I'm sure they will be along to help you in anyway you need it.

I pray you will be well soon.  Namaste'.

Hi Nurse LeeLee. I'm also 44, diagnosed August 2012. I have 4 weeks of chemo left, then on to bilateral mastectomy, radiation and reconstruction. Happy to share any info I've learned so far.

Welcome to all the newbies.  I'm a 9 year triple negative survivor.  Last month was my anniversary.  Please let us know how we can help you.

    Welcome Nurselele....

Hang in there. It is rollercoaster ride but you will get through it. These ladies are a great support. I am not to far out from my last chemo, so I too have my up and down days, but it is getting better. The one thing I suggest is to limit your internet searches as they can be alarming and not accurate to your individual diagnosis. Every lady is different. Also remember the MAJOR MAJORITY of TN's DO SURVIVE and do quite well. I personally know of three 8-17 year survivors, and one of them had been diagnosed Stage 3, with many nodes involved and is doing great!!!..Hang in there.....

    Lisa
