Still can't believe I said this to my PS

I went to my PS for my first fill after having my expander put in. I did not do too well post-mastectomy dealing with the pain so as he was about to insert the needle, I reminded him that I didn't like "pain surprises". He said, "Just a little prick!" and quickly stuck the needle in. Then he asked if I could feel the cold saline going in. I replied no. He asked, "Don't you feel anything?" to which I replied, "All I feel is your little prick!" I didn't even realize what that sounded like until he grabbed my hand and said, "I've been called worse!" Of course my face turned purple, but we all (assistant in the room too) couldn't stop laughing! I guess there is humor in this beast after all!
