Funny things kids say and do when their mom has bc..

My son son and daughter ( 5 and 6) when I was diagnosed said the funniest things and I am sure other peoples kids did also. 

My son told me after I keep reminding him not to jump on my chest " don't worry momma..I am scared of the stripes. I liked the circles better." Stripes being the scars and circles the nipples.

My daughter asked me to see under my surgicial bra..I showed her the taped up scar and she looked at me with the biggest eyes ever and exclaimed "DON'T EVER SHOW ME THAT AGAIN!" Seriously struck me as funny...

    My daughter thinks it's funny I am going to be bald like her dad.  She was also curious if the medicine they are going to give me is bubblegum or grape flavored.

    So I am laying on my bed with my new flat chest, and my middle age stomach.

    It always a little  poofy but my big boobies sort of minimized its look.

    As my daughter pokes my gut she asks me

    "Is this where  they put the new boobies mommy on your tummy?"

    My son grabbed my new, larger breasts and said "it's growing".  Then he asked "are you borning a baby here?" as he grabbed my foob....he was only 4.  He also referred to my new foobs as my stomach and asked why I had such a fat tummy.....too funny!
