Breast Cancer Vaccine a Reality for Women With HER-2 neg

Doesn't sound like Stage IV ladies can participate at this time.

I just finished this trial (finished the initial injections - still will be doing the boosters), and my understanding is that they may be widening the AE37 arm of the trial to include those who express Her2+ at 1 and 2, who would be classified as Her2-, because there is potential recurrence prevention benefit even though the trial was originally designed for Her2+++.  This trial also has an enrollment window of 6 months from last treatment, and a NED requirement.
