Starting to have many test done...freaking out

Hi I am new to this website and glad that I found it.  3 years ago my mother was diagnosed with IBC which spread to her brain, she died almost a year to the day she was diagnosed.  That was the hardest thing I ever had to see was her going through the treatments and not becoming her self to her losing the battle.  2 years after that my maternal grandmother was diagnosed with BC, thankfully after some radiation she was in remission, but she died about two months ago the day ofter my wedding from something unrelated.  Now I am going through my own breast cancer hell.  I recently had a stereotactic biposy on 11/29/12.  That really hurt, the results came back B9, but now they have found a intraductal sclerosing papilloma that I have to see the breast surgeon about on 12/6.  I am totally freaking out.  I know that the resutls have come back favorable.  But Im nervous about this new issue and it bringing all types of feelings about my mom that I think I have blocked out.  Iam really scared.  Any words of encouragement or experiences with intraductal sclerosing papiloma would be very helpful.  Also Im still very sore fromt that stereo is that normal?
