I was on WW when i got dx in April.  Had lost 12lbs.  I went off of it in May.  Not sure if I should go back to it - as ive changed my diet so much, but I have gained the weight I lost back.

Just wondering if anyone out there is on WW?  thx

Shayne, I would think that you could still do WW even with your diet changes.  If it was working for you before, why not go back to it?  I am on WW and I think it is a pretty adaptable program.  In fact, I was just offered a chance to participate in a survivors trial where all I can eat for 6 months is protein shakes and prepackaged food and I have to give up all other weight loss programs to be on it.  I am leaning towards staying with WW because it is adaptable and for me probably more livable, plus I have to keep my weight stable until the end of January to participate in the trial and I am not sure I want to not try to lose during that time.

I can eat anything that is processed.  Whole foods only.  No soy. etc etc.  Not that I ate that much WW food or packaged stuff anyway. Cant do those WW shakes either (soy).  But yea, it is totally adaptable.  I think I need to look over my books.  My MIL is a WW leader, and she told me they were going to start a new WW program......hate when they change things....

Yeah, you have to be very careful about buying their products because a lot of them do have soy.  I wonder what the new changes will be?  Our leader said the meetings would be more active participation but did not mention anything else.
