    I am SOOOO with you on this! I used to love the sun and warm and tanning and all that summer brought about.  Now I just want it to cool down so that I can maybe go an hour without sweating!  I love the look, sound and feel of a fire in the fireplace. Beautiful sweaters and jackets. Boots!  Although fall/winter for Portland, OR is usually just rain, rain, and more rain, I don't mind it. I have actually grown to long for it by September.

    Here's to 6 great months of cool and comfort!

    Oooh, a winter fire is priceless!

    I didn't use to mind the sun - until I moved to DC. On top of the relentless sun you have bad air and not enough a/c in most public places. But, oh, we all have to smile, skip and hop because "it's beautiful out there."
