New breast cancer therapy tied to more complications

I'm glad there is now a medical journal that has FINALLY written an editorial questioning the widespread use of this questionable radiation treatment.  IMHO, I think at last December's prestigious San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, this topic was the most important one!  It surprised the audience when it was disclosed that there were more complications from brachytherapy.  Many radiologists that use the technology went into attack mode following the conference, defending the use.  Clearly, this is a topic that needs to be addressed.  Wondering how the radiologists are going to respond this time.....
