Hi my names tabby I found out that I'm braca 1 pos about a month ago. I'm 23 and have 2 kids that are 3 and 4. My grandmother died from breast cancer at 42 and my mom is a 3 year survivor. She was diagnosed at 39. I have a lot of options but its a lot to take in. Any advice on my options?

    Hi tabby. Sorry you had to, but glad you found us. I have a daughter your age who is dealing with the same thing, as i have bc and am brca +, and so is she. For the moment she is just staying aware of her breasts and any changes in them. She is hoping to put off any decisions for a few more years. Just make sure you are keeping in touch with your body, literally. Good luck to you.
