bmx after lcis

I am aprox 5 weeks post bilaretal mastectomt. I had a previos bout with bc in 2001. IDC node negative. Lumectomt with 6 moths of chemo with acf and 33 rads.
When lcis and ductsl atypia was found on 2 biopsies esch one year apart, bmx seemed like the most reasonable approach.
I had bmx with lat flap recon on 9/11/12 . It seems since the surgery i cant stop crying. Logically i know it was the righ thing but i guess i was not emotionally prepared
Anyone have any advice for me
