Weight gain while on herceptin?

Hi ladies, I'm going to doing herceptin IV infusions for a year starting next week and I was wondering about weight gain while doing it. I'm very active and I weight train 5 days a week and also eat a diet consist of green veg, beans, furits and healthy fat, no refined or processed stuuf what so ever.

If you're not doing chemo along with it then you probably won't gain. They don't prescribe steroids with Herceptin, at least my MO doesn't.

Mine is prescribing steroids since he said that people could get a reaction from the antibody but he also said that we could stop the steroids after about 3 or 4 infusion.
