Facilities that offer free Mammograms and/or Ultrasounds

I have a friend in the San Pedro, CA area that is in need of a facility that offers free Mammograms and/or Ultrasounds.  She is a 7 year survivor of Breast Cancer.  However, in beating this monster, she lost her job and home.  She is now working for a major company but is on a "Contractor" basis and therefore not eligible for any insurance benefits.  Because of this she has not had a screening in several years.  Please, if you know of any place that she can get assistance, please send me a message.

By the way, I am a recent survivor of Triple Negative, Stage II and I want to pay it forward.
