    Thanks marianm.

Well, one week on Lexapro. So far mostly I am tired. All day. I feel asleep mid-sentence two days ago. Really. We'll see if this improves some.  As in my experience the AI's cause some fatique I can't imagine adding one to this.  Perhaps I need to decrease the Lexapro? idk. Sleep fairly soundly but no real improvement in mood, but they do say it takes several weeks to experience benefit.

Well, had to stop the lexapro.  I was having problems with grinding my teeth, neck pain and headaches.  Stopped it about 5 days ago but headache is still lingering.  Not sure what to do at this point, weighing my options.  I believe the intrusive thoughts and obsessive thinking that has troubled me for months is due to the estrogen deprivation.  I just figured this out today.
