Thanks KS1 for the post. I was told about this discussion board and thought I would take a look. I am from LSC and as a survivor dealing with lymphedema, I thought I would say hello and offer my services. I found Solidea and believe in my heart they offer a very different approach to helping us deal with this condition. I am here to help answer any questions you may have.

SueC. If you read some of the threads, us girls are in desperate need for a teeshirt compression garment. A lot of us wear Underarmour compression mens shortsleeve tees but we need a variety of options. Just ask what we need and I am sure we will fill you in. Our truncal is especially difficult to cover the swelling at the back of the armpit area.
Underarmour is suppose to come up with some ideas that we sent them but we have never heard back from them. It would be nice if you could design something from our suggestions.
How about class2 garments as well?
Thank you

Hi hugz4u. I too deal with the same issues as many of you and agree there are no real solutions at the moment. For me, I alternate between the Advanced Micro Massage Bilateral Sleeve (which helps stimulate my superficial lymphatic capillaries) and the Therapeutic Unilateral Arm Sleeve 23/32 mmHg to move fluid trapped in my tissues into the deeper part of my system. I also wear Solidea's Advanced Micro Massage high waist short with a Memoi Shaping cami over it to address fluid trapped in my trunk.
I am working with Solidea to create garments that can address truncal lymphedema and advocating for higher compression but sometime progress is a bit slow. However, know I will not give up trying to have garments made that will help all of us. I have spent the last two years working with patients, therapists and doctors to understand the unique qualities offered by Solidea garments. From all the research, we now have a greater understanding of these garments and how they can affect change overtime.
