    Very interesting. I wonder which form of Vitamin E they were working with?  In nature, Vitamin E occurs in 8 different forms.  Synthetic Vit E tends to be only one of those forms, Alpha tocopherol.  Natural source vitamin E will contain a mixture, and depending on the natural source it is derived from, it will have more or less of the varying constituents.  The various isomers have shown very different biological properties, and Alpha tocopherol may not be the preferred form.  I want to mention this before anyone goes out and stocks up on what is commonly sold as vitamin E.
