Blood blister on LE thumb, just did it.

Dang, Just pinched my thumb lowering the patio umbrella.  Blister the size of a pencil tip eraser.  What should I do?

    Watch it closely, wash your hands. You can put antibiotic cream on it, but the skin isn't broken.

    Lots of fluids, hydrate, elevate, and I'll bet it won't be an issue.

    Always something--I hate the patio umbrella, it's really hard to manuever and heavy!

    Thank you Kira, It looks great today. Drank 12 glasses of water did lebed opening 2 times and breathed/elevated yesterday. Will repeat this for a few days. 

    I figure I am into this blister venture for a week so I just dumped out the bandage box onto my vanity and left the polysproin out! You gotta take any shortcuts you can get!Laughing

    hugz - Glad it is looking better! I always hated those umbrellas, but you sure need them when it is sunny...
