Both are only slightly low, but none of the benign explanations for this seem to fit me, so I am worried.  Anyone have anything like this?

well there are many reasons for low sodium

but not cancer ( Good news)

check other electrolytes like ca , K , mg and phosphate

and if you urinate alot and feel you need to drink much fuid then you may concider Diabetes insepidus

All other electrolytes were normal.  Only sodium and osmality were low.  Fatigue is overtaking my life, but I am also a year out from a major head injury with a fairly large brain bleed so it would be hard to sort out where the fatigue is coming from.  I have had chronic ear and sinus infections lately also.  I am young, eat well, normal and stable weight.

I had the same thing happen this year.  They could not figure out why in the emergency room but had to be admitted.  The Er doctor did mention to have my adrenal gland and or

hypocephalus (brain stem area) checked.  Given that you had a head bleed.  I would have your head scanned.  Good luck to you.
