I had a lumpectomy and finished radiation in July 2011. Since then, I have had two episodes diagnosed as cellulitis and one episode of Mondor's disease which resolved several months ago.

My breast feels like it has fluid buildup, with some heaviness/numbness extending to armpit and arm. The circumference is about 1.5 inches larger than the other breast.

I have had two ultrasounds since my annual scans a year ago because of the cellulitis and Mondor's. All was clear. My next annual scans are due shortly.

Do you think I should be concerned or could my symptoms just be post radiation effects?

Racy, it sounds like breast LE, which can take some time to resolve, and some possible symptoms in the trunk/arm--without swelling.

Cellulitis is a double whammy as it is caused by stagnant fluid, but it also damages lymphatic vessels.

Breast/trunk LE are caused by node removal and radiation, so I think, IMO, this is lingering breast/trunk LE.

As I read your post, it sounds like you're concerned it could be due to something else--? recurrence--but you're being closely monitored.
