VVH - here is how I see it. It is not clear from your dx line what type of cancer you had that was invasive, but I will assume that some component of your DCIS was invasive, so IDC.  Also looks like you had nodes removed and had some that were positive.  To be IIA, you had a mass less than 2 cm and some positive nodes.  Your staging is separate and distinct from your grade - which was 3 based on the 8/9 on the SBR scale.  The link is to a good explanation of the SBR scale:

Depending on which parts of the scale you had higher scores on, the fact that you have a grade three, while potentially more aggressive, actually is more likely to respond to chemo.  Your cancerous lump was removed and the area radiated, your cancerous nodes are out, and you had chemo to bat clean-up.  All good stuff.  Are you hormone receptor positive?  If so, have you started anti-hormonals?  If you are not ER/PR+ then eating well, exercising, limiting alcohol and anything else you can do to minimize risk factors are the thing to do now.  We all worry about recurrence and I know the end of treatment is hard - makes all of us nervous, but know that you have done all the appropriate treatment that you could do, and hope for the best.
