    If I understand the article it sounds like an entirely new kind of treatment, rather than a new variety of an existing treatment, such as a new chemotherapy drug. I am guessing using your own T-cells would also be less likely to have unpleasant or dangerous side effects than some of the existing therapies.

    Yes, this immuno treatment sounds very promising if it is made available.  Current patients are in clinical trials.  I'm guessing obstacles would be the personalized harvesting of patient's own cells for infusion back to the patient (forgot the medical term).  Drug companies not making money from pateints and Insurance companies getting in the way of not paying for it.......
