Where do you buy your mastectomy bras?

Options

And what kind of form do you wear inside the pocket? I have silicone forms that I recently ordered and I like but I had a mastectomy on only one side so I am trying my hardest to look balanced. I can't find any pretty bras online - I would love some with lace, very feminine.

Any ideas? :)

Here's a site in the UK. They'll ship to the U.S. though. It's called About the Girl. Here's the url: http://www.aboutthegirl.co.uk/?currency=USD.

There are plenty of nice mastectomy bras available here in the U.S., too. Here's an example of a nice Amoena bra: http://www.metromedicalonline.com/amoena2732.html.

Anita makes some pretty bras. I like them because they don't come up so high under the arm, like many mastectomy bras. And some are quite good for petite women as well as larger ladies. Here's a page that shows a range of Anita bras available: http://www.metromedicalonline.com/mastectomy-products--anita-bras.html. I am linking you to MetroMedicalOnline because it's a good site with excellent service (though there are other good online sites as well). I have a section called Helpful Links on my non-profit website, BreastFree.org, which you might find helpful. Also, there's a section called Bras and Camisoles which reviews some of the bras that I and other women have sound comfortable and attractive.

One other thought is that you can sew a pocket into a regular bra. Nordstrom will do it for you if you buy the bra there. Pre-cut pocket fabric can be purchased at many online mastectomy product sites.
