Styling new hair.. Being girly again!

Hello,  

I am starting to get my hair back after two rounds of chemo and radiation.  Has anyone got any tips on how to style the hair in the inbetween stages?  Have about an 1inch of a bit more.    Don't get me wrong I am so happy to have hair but I have always been long hair or bald.   Not sure what to do with this and would love to feel girly again!

    I was the same as you, always had long hair.  I found myself enjoying headbands when my hair was growing back in.  I had lots of different colors, styles, etc.  Very easy to just throw in and go.

    I agree with Ksteve. I just had my first trim today and my hairdresser suggested head bands, so off to the store I went. I will say that during the growing out process that my hair naturally went towards the middle on top so for a while I had a "fohawk". lol I had a blast with it.

    That is what I wanted was to be able to spike it up but mine just seems to be growing poofy and bigger, kinda like a helment Laughing.   But at least it isn't grey!  I haven't seen my real hair color since I was 12 so I was worried!
