Hey there, nightowls. Just cruising by.
-
I am here now. I have all sort of sleep issues and am even going to the U of WA sleep clinic on tuesday. I don't think anyone else is here just now and on the east coast of the US it is even morning. So hi SAS, I'll catch up again another time.

Time for bed in this part of the world, hope sleep comes tonight - I usually have a couple of hours awake around 3am so thats the time I think about all my friends around the world as they start their days.
Big hugs
-
Last nite was the first time I saw this post so I was on it too. I guess I'll be using it too now--Sleeping kis such a hard thing to come by lately.

Hi Camille it's 3.00am and I'm laying in bed in the darkness. The only light is from my iPhone. I've been trying to go to sleep for the last three hours and am to the point of giving up and going to make myself a cup of tea. At eight thirty last night I was falling asleep in my chair why can't I find that allusive commodity now? Oh well I think a cup of tea is in order.
