lymph drainage & goose bumps

i recently started seeing a lymp. specialist for my trunkal lymphadema.  every time she is doing massage and every time i place the swell spots in my bra, i get goosebumps down my arm.  the opposite arm does not get the goose bumps.  she said that she had not had anyone report that but it makes sense that that could happen and is likely a good sign that the treatment is working.  anyone else experience this?

    Yes! Ick!Tongue out But it stopped doing that after a while, fortunately. I thought it was just me, as I'm really temperature sensitive. Now I'll be interested to see if anyone else has experienced this.

    Maybe it IS a good sign, after all. But I hope it goes away for you too! Keep us posted,

    Yes! I never heard this from anyone before, I *know* my own lymph draining massages I do to myself are successful when i feel those goosebumps...I think it is a good thing because my arm goes down afterwards...
