implant removal - le risk?

I'm considering having my implant removed (capsular contracture issues) and was wondering how this might affect my LE (same side). I've only had one flare-up and want to keep it that way. What do I need to know before I have this done? What do I need to have my surgeon be aware of?

I'm sure this is a topic that needs to be addressed as many women have to have their implants replaced or removed for various reasons.
