Saying a big hi and welcome to t-pot. These gals are great....hope you will come often.
Hopeful.....patience and determination...that sounds like a fighting spirit to me. I'll be sending vibes to you for only success this time out. Hugs to you.
Lago....agree about the rant. My caller ID sometimes says unknown....so once in awhile I pick up the phone and say just that........my caller ID says your un-known so I'm not talking to you.....GoodBye.

Ditto to Kjiberty's post.
I'm so unbelievably exhausted after returning to work yesterday. I definitely over-did it but I couldn't set up my space prior to starting because they hadn't waxed the floors yet. Aaarrrggghhh! I'm an OT in the schools working with kids with special needs (used to be in rehab & a LE therapist but took a new direction a few years ago after experiencing 'burn out' in rehab). It was the kids that kept me going all throughout chemo treatment and probably why I landed myself in the hospital the day after school ended last June. Needless to say, I'm excited to see them back tomorrow but I'm feeling so unprepared!
Just venting.., thanks for listening! I'm guessing it will likely be a challenge for quite some time. Some days I just wnat my pre-cancer life (and my energy and my hair) back!

Welcome to the new gals-sorry you are here, but you've come to the right place.
Healing vibes to those undergoing procedures and experiencing se's and pain.

Okay, Ladies. I need a favor. I have been selected as one of 6 finalists to receive a three-day spa stay at The heartland Spa. Of course, I pulled out the C-Card, but if you have a FB page, could you please vote for me. I am the bald one. LOL.
YOu have to you "like" the page and vote for me by name in the comments section. Voting is over next week. Here's the link. Thanks to all in advance.

Ladies, Need your help right now. My Dad had open heart surgery yesterday to repair a hole between 2 of the chambers of his heart (caused by a heart attack earlier this year). His heart would have failed within a few months without the surgery, so even though it was a risky surgery, he really had no choice but to do it. He was ok yesterday, but it appears that he has had another heart attack this afternoon. Please pray to whatever God you pray to (or just send positive energy) on his behalf. I am really scared.
-
Of course, Lemondrop.
-
OMG lemon. Please know my thoughts are with your dad.
