Ok I got it to work again. That is a photo of me and my surgeon. This is the surgeon I have become friends with and go to happy hour every Friday with. We missed two Fridays because she was in Bali. Sab so sorry that happened to you. I am having mine done 13 days before my surgery and don't have much going on then. I will be in the hospital for a minimum of 4 days for my reconstruction and I hope my face is cleared uo then.

I am now watching the Hunger games with my son. He is leaving to go back to college in a few days. I am not looking forward to that. He spent the summer with me to help out. so now all the things I asked him to do at the beginning of the summer we are trying to get done in the next few days.

Great Kate, I see you've got photos. Your surgeon sure looks like fun. You're beautiful too. I think the extraneous data in your message is because you're doing a copy all...try just copy and see of that works.



Mac....we've got blue jays and stellar jays here too, but I never see such a bright tail. Fabulous photo. You won't bum any of us out about your lung issues if you'd like to vent or share or whatever. Or, you're right, sometimes not mentioning it seams easier doesn't it. The lung is an amazing thing and I'm hoping yours manages to heal this damage ....quickly. Sorry your BP is acting up too, but glad they're on it. I just got finished wearing a holter moniter for 24 hours ... Wasn't a problem but I am still allergic to tape it turns out. I was hoping that would just go away, but not yet I guess. The doc immediately went on vacation of course, so I won't hear results for another 10 days. We can wait together.

mostly, my pulmonary doc went on vacation, too. I had an appt for next week but he rescheduled for Sept 4th. It is very frustrating, all the waiting.

so it is great to have a waiting buddy.

That was a photo of my two oldest granddaughters. I still can't figure out how to get rid of the rest of the stuff. These two granddaughters are Maddie 19 and Riley 15. I also have a 9 year old granddaughter Emma and 5 year old twin grandchildren 1 boy Christopher and 1 girl Molly

That last picture was a photo of my daughter Mindee and my granddaughter Riley. Thanks all I did learn how to post photos, but now I need to learn how to get rid of all of that junk that posts with it

OK, here I am. Good luck to everyone this week. I know many of us are having scary procedures. Whatever happens, it helps to know that we are always here for each other. 

Elizabeth great photo. It is so nice to see everyone. Janis I told my age so now its time for you to post a close up photo. Thank you for the compliments Mac, Sew and Janis. Janis please let me know what it's like getting the lesion frozen off. I am getting mine done exactly one week after you. Mac later on today I am going to try and post a photo and see if I can get rid of the junk that comes with it.

 Janis....yep, you get to bake at least 3 days this week.  I think you probably could bake today too, since it's a 'changed' appt, and you had to worry anyway.  Just take an extra trip around the block.

 Kate...don't do the copy all....I think that's what getting you.  Just double click the picture to open it larger, then try copy instead of copy all.

PT...guess you get to splurge this week also.  Not sure the hearing aid pick up counts, but know the ortho does   You're quite young looking also.  Guess we're all great looking gals, and strong fighters to boot! 

Oh, and speaking of treats, next week I have to see the cardiologist and the Radiation Oncologist on the same day!  Does that count for triple treats?  Or at least double?  Janis, going to have any leftovers you want to send along?  Sab...got any more of those great decadent pictures?  Just planning in advance here...

I don't know if I told you this, but you are gorgeous. You said your dog is cuter than you are, so you must have an exquisite dog. Did you mention your age? You look so young in your photo

Sab you look like 40, and I love your sense of humor. Oh my I love sponge cake. I don't like chocolate so anything white is for me. I saw Arnold Schwarzenneger last Thursday 3 blocks from my house. I am not a fan, but I get a kick out of it when I spot stars in Santa Monica.

Sew I need to highlight in order to get copy and paste. The only way I know how to highlight the photo is select all. I tried to highlight without using it, but I was not able to. My surgeon just told me that we will be going to Cafe Habana in Malibu Friday. I am so excited. Sometimes stars go there. It is owned by Cindy Crawford's husband Randy Gerber.
