Has anyone tried one of these?  It looks like it might be just the ticket for my trunk...  But it's $100 dollars so I thought I see if my experts had any knowledge of it.

Hi Cindy,  That bra looks fabulous but when I looked at the back and saw the netting, I thought it would not be compressive enough. Also the seams look thick and this would be irritating to my truncal LE. The top and bottom of the zipper would have to have material behind it in order not to dig into the skin.

Remember that black garments go thru a dyeing process that makes them fit a bit smaller.  That reminds me, my tie dye juzo sleeve also fits tighter. Could be the dye in it.Undecided

It is really great that we get pictures and evalulate them as I have bought so many ill fitting garments  and just have ditched them along with my pocketbook!Smile

Thank you so much for sending it. Does anyone else have a opinion on it?

I like maidenform "Control it"for my trunk. (doesn't roll up and I am a waisty girl)Plus costco just brought in the Elita shapers to town on a traveling  road show event and I bought 7. Bought one in black but  I am returning it as black runs small. I can't find the exact one on the Elita site. I bought two last year and they are my fav along with Control it. They both have nice high backs to fit right under the armpit where swelling hangs out.

hugz4u - Thanks for the feedback.  I've got a couple of the maidenform/spanx type things on order. Can't find them in my size locally, so I'm hopefull that something will be "perfect."   I have a sleeve and that really helps my arm (along with the mld) but the area between my shoulder blades and around the surgery side shoulder blade is just awful.  It always aches a little and whenever I do anything too long, (sit, stand, walk, swim) it starts hurting worse.  My LE therapist says yes, there is a pool fluid there and it does get better when she works with it, but it's really in an impossible area for me to reach.

I've had several discussions with the dogs... trying to explain the concept of mld to them, but so far, no luck.

Cindy, thanks for the laugh! Dogs can be trained to do remarkable things, but I haven't heard of an MLD dog yet. Be sure to trim their nails first, and do let us know if you make any progress on that front.Laughing

Have you tried a paint roller for the back area? They come in several sizes, with various lengths of handles. Try some out at the hardware store and see if that might work for you. (Maybe drive to a hardware store far from your neighborhood...Embarassed).

I keep looking for the perfect solution, but so far they're only close approximations. I want something in a luscious, silky-soft fabric that comes up high in the back and fits around me like a dream, with armholes that are super-soft and don't cut in anywhere and a front line that dips below my throat and doesn't creep up and choke me.

If you try the IntelliSkin Sports Bra do let us know what that back panel business is like and if it works for the back. I've tried the Control It and like the fit, but it doesn't have enough compression for me so I have to wear two. It is summer, and this is the desert, so it's not gonna happen!Tongue out

    <Sigh!> Onward!

We need an IntelliLymph garment that tells our LE to behave!

I may look into this as something to wear when I am in the gym. Thanks for posting!

Upon further review, the sizes run small with this garment, so the 2x is going to be too small for me, so someone else will need to take it for a test drive.

I'll keep you posted on progess with the dogs.

looks promising....there is another brand of hi-tech bras I saw, I am too big for them, but they might work for someone else, I have to find where I wrote it down.

I just got a Control It... will be test driving it tomorrow.  I also got a couple of different Flexees and was unhappy to discover they seem to run a couple of sizes smaller than other shapewear I've tried.  I'll keep them and hope they might work once I've lost a bit more weight (or the swelling goes down)

I didn't make it to the hardware store today, hopefully tomorrow. Gotta try that paint roller trick.

I like the Bali "torset" because you can wear your own bra. Kohl's had them in black & beige earlier this year. Machine wash & dry.

I've shied away from the Bali stuff because I can't find a size chart.  Do you know how the sizes run?  I have to order most of this stuff as we seem to be short on stores that carry bigger sizes.

I understand that Nordstrums has a great fitter...just gonna read and wait.

I do like the one in the pic.but when I heard what the sistas said i dont think so...everything bothers me...the underarm, the seams, they roll.they suk.
