Bone scan shows SL spot..
I finished chemo and did RAD #1 today. Had my first bone scan. Bone scan shows "minimal focal increased activity of radioisotope in right sacroiliac joint area". CT was clean. Doing a pelvic MRI next week to be sure but it could be arthritis, which I have in my knees and lower back. Concerned.

It could totally be arthritis. Glad you are doing the MRI, but I'm betting it is arthritis. Try not to panic. (Easier said than done, I know.)

It is the easiest thing in the world to say "don't worry" but much harder to actually do that. Try to distract yourself and focus on other things. Thinking positive thoughts for you.

That area is very prone to arthritic changes. If your CT was clean. exhale. The MRI will probably confirm that the area is lighting up due to arthritic changes.
Discuss this with your ONC, and let her know your concerns.
