Metformin Trial-ER+/PR+- and Ovaries

Do you guys think that if your ovaries are not removed and your ER+ that maybe you shouldnt be on Metformin?

    What have the ovaries got to do with metformin? Noone seems to really know for sure the mechanism of action of metformin on bc, but early studies indicate crosstalk interruption with insulin pathways.

    I have my ovaries, am in chemopause, and I have been on metformin for quite awhile. Everything is going great.
