Have any of you ladies been refused a mammo? Even though there was a lump that was felt by the dr and yourself?

And has anyones BC not been found on a mammo or US?

    Mary, I'm not young anymore but I still hear about youngins being refused mammos etc. I just want to let you know that not all breast cancer shows on mams. I have lobular and it did not show up. I say be the squeaky wheel (keep bugging the docs) until they give in. Hugs, Mazy

    Yes I know there are alot things that can get missed but still a baseline is good to start off with as well.... I've had 2 ultrasound but since Im only 30, they said well I will have to check the dr on that....... etc etc, just excuses think..
