I don't like fake - so if I wear a necklace or ring that has "stones", they are real.  But, I like beads that are obviously beads.

LOLOLOL that reminds me of when we were younger.  My DH was a CONFIRMED runner/jogger.  His work sent him to a class in Florida for a week.  One morning he was on his way out for his daily run.  The hotel consierge saw him leaving and said "It's going to rain!".  Being from the NW, he thought - "no big deal, I run in the rain all the time..."  Well, maybe not quite .  He said he looked (and felt) like a drowned rat when he shortly returned, soaked to the skin, and (as he always ran in sweats) wearing almost his weight in water!
